NOW Hiring:

Development Coordinator
Seeking seasoned professional to implement a comprehensive development campaign initially in S Walton County.

Responsibilities: identify, cultivate & solicit donors for major gifts and endowments; develop significant fundraising opportunities and contacts; implement educational programs & society events. We require at least 4 years experience in donor solicitation, and managing development events in the Arts community plus excellent written, communication and leadership skills.

Development Coordinator

• Develop programs and events
• Fund raising, maintain and cultivate relationships with current and potential resource providers
• Recruit and train volunteers
• Ability to write and develop media, newsletter and publications
• Strong communication skills required, Self Starter, Part time and work from home encouraged
• Location initially, Walton county, then from Pensacola to Aplachicola.

"As you may Know, ArtsQuest has moved from the wonderful Eden State Park, to Baytowne Wharf in Destin. I know I share in the disappointment of many locals that loved an arts festival at the Historic Eden.

This change has brought together many people and opened an opportunity for us to create a Non-Profit Foundation to benefit the community as a whole, and local artists and families in particular. Our local family oriented Focus is not to replace but to supplement the many fantastic existing arts organizations, and provide additional funding for many of them.
